Why This Workshop Is Essential

Many women train their pelvic floor — yet experience limited or inconsistent results. Without posture correction and functional integration, compensations, excessive tension, or ineffective activation patterns may develop.

What We Actively Correct

  • Posture and pelvic alignment
  • Breathing and pressure regulation
  • Coordination instead of isolated tension
  • Functional integration into movement

What Changes After 3 Hours

  • Clearer body awareness
  • More precise activation without over-tension
  • Improved coordination in daily life and training
  • Greater confidence when training independently

Reconnect with your body. Increase pleasure.

About the Workshop

This on-site workshop combines:

  • Pelvic floor physiotherapy principles
  • Intimate fitness & conscious movement
  • Mindfulness and nervous system regulation
  • Embodied awareness and sensual confidence

It is designed for women who want real tools — not theory — and who prefer a safe, grounded and professional space.

You can join one day or the full two-day immersive experience.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for you if you want to:

  • increase pleasure, sensitivity and body awareness
  • strengthen and relax your pelvic floor consciously

  • learn practical tools you can use immediately

No previous experience required.

Experience Real-Time Pelvic Biofeedback

Why It Makes a Difference

  • Improves muscle awareness and sensory perception
  • Supports neuromuscular learning in real time
  • Helps distinguish activation vs over-tension
  • Enhances coordination and rhythm training
  • Builds confidence through immediate feedback

Especially valuable for women who are unsure whether they are activating correctly.

Clinical & Structured Integration

  • Optional muscle testing capability
  • Strength & endurance measurement
  • Objective data interpretation
  • Used under professional guidance
  • Supports long-term digital follow-up

The device remains optional and is never required to participate in the workshop.
