Let customers speak for us
Set up was very easy and once I got the sensitivity set for my body it worked beautifully. And I love how easy it is to use. This product is great!
I really like this device! I love that there is nothing insertable and I like being able to make a customized workout as well. So far I have been sticking with my routine more than in the past.
Love this tool for the convenience and simplicity of this trainer. I use it daily for 2 workouts and am beginning to see progress. The Boost is simple to use when traveling as well. The dashboard tracks my progress and serves as a personal trainer with a complete dashboard mapping how I am doing. This has been an invaluable tool for me and I highlRead more about review stating Boost kegal trainery recommend it. Staff have been attentive to my questions and needs as well.
This is so much better than the silly contraption I had that had a pressure gauge on it and was terrible and so I never used it. The kGoal is pretty, small enough to travel with, feels silky soft and I will actually use this! The changing feedback vibe so I know when I am squeezing properly is going to help so much. Incontinence is no joke and nowRead more about review stating Oh My Goodness! I can actually do something about it! And will! I am sharing this news with my peeps!
I have pelvic floor dysfunction and so I need to do strengthening. I just started using kGoal but I can really feel the muscles down there working! I'm excited to keep it going and finally get my body working properly.
I thought I was doing my kegel exercises, but even 6 months post-partum, I couldn't run or do things like jumping jacks without leaking. I saw serious results very quickly with this! Now I can do whatever exercise I want (not to mention worry-free sneezing) without worrying about leaking... Will definitely be consistent with this throughout my nexRead more about review stating I couldn't run or do things like jumping jacks without leakingt pregnancy. I haven't had any issues with the app.
I am very happy with the product! It works really well as a biofeedback but I like the vibration to help with squeezing. I also like the option for setting up your own workout but I will have to work a little bit more with that. I'm not great with technology but it is very user friendly which I like.
Jedna z najważniejszych rzeczy w których pomogły ćwiczenia z urządzeniem to nietrzymanie moczu. Efekt był widoczny już po miesiącu ćwiczeń. Problem z nietrzymaniem moczy występował podczas zwykłych czynności jak kichanie, kaszel, podnoszenie cięższych rzeczy i podczas ćwiczeń np. wyskoki, ćwiczenia z obciążeniem. Nie mogłam również biegać za córką.
Jeśli chodzi o satysfakcję seksualną – orgazmy są większe a mój mąż mówi, że również odczuwa lekką różnice 😉
As a student physical therapist with extensive training in pelvic floor physical therapy, I've been in search of a device to utilize with my patients to encourage proper pelvic floor muscle contraction at home. I was encouraged to check out the kGoal for women and I am extremely happy to say that this is something I would 100% recommend to my patiRead more about review stating Extremely incredible device! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMENDents to ensure proper pelvic floor contraction for my patients who need strength training. This device is incredible for individuals who thrive with tactile and/or visual cues/feedback. For patients who are unsure whether or not they're performing contractions correctly and efficiently, this device is KEY. It's affordable, and easy to use, and something that patients can purchase themselves and bring into the clinic for us as pelvic floor physical therapists to teach them to use properly. I highly recommend this to any pelvic floor physical therapist looking for an accurate biofeedback device for women
